Finding the right level of support for a rental property shouldn't be confusing. The Clarke Home Selection offers four flexible leasing and landlord support options through RE/MAX Elevate, each designed for a different kind of owner and a different stage of ownership.

Full Property Management is the complete, hands-off solution. For a flat 10% of monthly rent plus one-time leasing fees, the team handles tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and full landlord support for the life of the tenancy — ideal for owners who want nothing to do with the day-to-day.

Full-Service Leasing is for landlords who plan to manage the property themselves but want the leasing done professionally. Priced at 15–35% of one month's rent (the percentage decreases as rent increases), it covers marketing, showings, application screening, and lease execution on the owner's behalf. No ongoing management is included.

DIY Landlord Setup Package is a flat-fee option — $250 Base Consult, $450 Consult + Lease, or $650 Full Setup — for owners who want to handle their own marketing, showings, and screening but need everything set up correctly from the start. This option does not include lease execution on your behalf.

À La Carte Support is billed at $50 per hour with a one-hour minimum and covers one-off needs — meeting a contractor, a single property walkthrough, or targeted advice on a specific question.

Every option begins with a conversation about your property and your goals, so you only pay for the support you actually need. Payment is processed through RE/MAX Elevate via certified funds or wire transfer.
